With the shoot happening in only a few days we had an entire crew production meeting to ensure everything was ready. Mike (Producer) and Craig (Director) have been working very hard on the project and everything is raring to go, I am extremely excited to be on set as it’s set out to be a really fun experience.
Joe (DP) and I are set to be the first on location to accommodate for all of the expected rigging times. As we are currently looking at running lights from floor sockets each move between aisles is likely to take time. Hopefully we can rig a lot of it the day before so our call time could be later. Currently the days are looking like:
Saturday 07:30 – 21:00 (Break 14:30 – 16:30)
Sunday 07:30 – 21:00 (Break TBC)
These are probably overestimated, and in theory the more we get done on Saturday the less we have to do on Sunday. John Popadec has kindly dedicated his time to supervise the production as part of the Bottleyard’s agreement in lending us the studio.
Mike has approved the initial quote from Russ for £150 (+ VAT), I am almost certain this is the final verdict on my lighting supplier choice. Everything is looking strong, a few fine tune details, but otherwise everyone and everything is ready to go.
